On an annual basis, the enrollment managers from Jesuit institutions meet to discuss and share best practices at their respective institutions and to discuss joint collaborative initiatives.
The topical summary from the June 11-12, 2011 sessions are below:
- Annual introduction and go-around discussing a summary of the year for each institution and each enrollment management area including areas of responsibility
- Collective data capturing and sharing
- Collaborations between the Jesuit schools for unique or special programs - discussion for both undergraduate and graduate
- Merit aid in the context of net price calculators as well as use of merit aid
- Customer Relationship Management systems
- Transfer student initiatives
- Graduate student admission
- EM research (i.e. types of data collected and how it is used), and Marketing/Communications trends
- Document imaging transition
