Past Conference

The last meeting of the AJCU Education Deans took place at Fordham University from October 19-21. A focus of the meeting was on the challenges that AJCU schools face with enrollment, and constructive actions they can take to meet them. Attendees also discussed a survey that the conference commissioned to examine Jesuit teacher education programs. A core element of the survey is a section on social justice. Conference members hope to find that attending a Jesuit teacher education program makes a positive difference, and expect to have results available at the next meeting in Chicago in February.
